Big Vac Parking Lot Cleaning was founded in 1986 by Arnie and Carol Hutter of Pinehurst, North Carolina. The current owner J.R. Cardona worked for the owners 7 years. In October of 1998, Mr. Hutter passed away. Mrs. Hutter ran the business for 2 more years before deciding to retire.
In August of 2001, J.R. and Kathy Cardona bought the Big Vac Parking Lot Cleaning business. In memory of Arnie Hutter the Big Vac Name and Logo will remain the same. He truly will be missed.
