This website was originated in 1994, and was maintained by Ed Noonan until September 2009. Since then, the site has been maintained by a committee whose de facto chairman is Wendell Proudfoot.
It is TCBA policy that there are no commercial links on the website except for Weather Underground's Lansing Weather, Michigan Bicycling Information's Ridelist, and those set forth in various issues of Chainwheel Chatter.
