Bilocon was founded in 1970 by Don Colvin. Originally the company only did contract engineering. Over the years customers asked for responsive manufacturing of the products that the company was engineering. To meet this increased demand Bilocon started to do contract assembly. To meet our customers needs Bilocon now does assembly work for some customers, that do not require design, and continue to do project design for companies that do not require manufacturing.
