For nearly 25 years we have designed and built high-performance imaging systems for some of the most prestigious names in medical imaging.
While medical imaging formed the foundation for our core competency‚ BIR has continued to expand its capabilities to include high-energy x-ray screening systems for homeland security‚ port‚ border‚ and perimeter security applications. Our installed base of nearly 100 industrial computed tomography and digital radiography systems are used worldwide for both nondestructive testing and metrology applications. BIR is also a leader in x-ray detector design and manufacture.
