At BIOM, we work to create an ecology of body, mind, and spirit that promotes and supports your health and well-being—including the “biome of relationships you’re part of: at work, at school, at home, and on your Way.
Mindfulness. BIOM is also a “conscious place for health and well-being”; and a key aspect to being “conscious,” is to be “mindful.” Because the foundation of what we practice, facilitate, and teach at BIOM focuses on being mindful, BIOM also stands for the “Bainbridge Institute of Mindfulness.”
