The name "Birth Trust" was chosen to reflect the need to have faith in the way your body was made to successfully go through pregnancy and childbirth.
It has been our experience that the vast majority of women approach birth with great fear. The opposite of fear is trust. Trust is the same as faith and true faith will help to eliminate fear.
The only way to have trust and confidence in your body's ability is for you to become educated about what your body was designed to do. Knowledge leads to faith, faith leads to confidence, and confidence leads to peace of mind.
