B. J. SEXTON & CO Chartered Accountants is a firm of chartered accountants, offering a wide range of services in the areas of accounting, taxation, and business consulting.
Our company was formed because we saw an opportunity to serve young, growing companies – companies that needed quality advice and were willing to pay a reasonable fee - companies that needed services that were personalized and timely. We also saw the opportunity to provide an environment where creative, people-oriented professionals could practice accounting without the bureaucratic constraints inherent in a large firm.
A significant portion of our activities involve the taxation and financial advising of individuals, small business, and their related activities including project, finance. We have a particular expertise in the construction industry including the obtaining of CIS6 certificates which are required for large scale operations. We have many years of experience and have assisted our clients with a wide range of activities and problems. We have successfully represented our clients before the Inland Revenue through the General Commissioners and the Courts. We use state of the art computer aided systems which cover all aspects of UK tax and accounting.
