IBC provides comprehensive and effective programs in the areas of program and resource development, technical assistance, training programs, referral and crisis relief services and international initiatives. IBC matches those who can help- with those who need help to produce successful outcomes to meet the needs of people and the community. IBC's program is designed to meet the needs of charitable organizations that work for a better quality of life in communities locally, nationally and internationally.
