What began as our second missions trip to the country of Ecuador evolved into a mouth watering, taste-bud tantalizing, gourmet sauce company.
As we began preparing for a missions trip to Ambato, Ecuador in the fall of 2003, regular meetings were scheduled at various participants houses to plan for the trip. At our second meeting, I whipped up a batch of sauce made from secret ingredients I had been using for 30 years.
Little did I know in 1974 that the need for a barbeque sauce would ultimately result in a vehicle to take us around the world doing missions. The sauce was a huge success. So much in fact that people attending our meetings began to ask for some to take home.
