- Black Swan Advisors (“BSA”) is an advisory firm that was created in conjunction with Black Swan Liquidity Fund I. The purpose of BSA is to advise on investments in distressed real estate assets in the Western Region of the United States, primarily California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. BSA will consider investments in direct real estate ownership, or in securities and notes that are collateralized by real estate. Our initial emphasis is in residential assets, such as single-family houses, condominiums, or small land parcels zoned for similar uses. BSA has the depth and expertise to quickly respond to the changes in the marketplace, which is paramount to success in today’s economy.
