Dan Chapman, Connie Parker and John Clary worked together in the salon at Miller and Rhodes. Each made the decision not to go down with the ship (Miller and Rhodes), and stepped out on faith and formed a partnership to open their salon.
Many of their customers from Miller and Rhodes followed them to their salon. In 1997, the salon moved to its present location at The Shops at Willow Lawn.
Blades Day Spa carries on the tradition of the Miller & Rhodes store of totally servicing the customer. The concept of totally servicing the customer lives on at Blades Day Spa.
