BLAQMAN RECORDS was started by two men, Dana Alexander from Addis Louisiana and Robert Hill from Queens New York. With our Artist we form a team that intend on waking up this gere of music and making it happen no matter what. We will run over any opposition, PERIOD.
I was born in White Castle Louisiana in May 1968. My Zodiac sign is Gemini. I'm the oldest of four sons of Virgie Lee and Eugene Alexander Sr. I grew up in a small town called Addis, Louisiana for 18 years. I graduated from Brusly High School in 1986 just one week before leaving for U.S. Army in May 1986, where I stayed for almost three years, before I decided to join the U.S.Air Force in November 1988, where I've served for 12 years now. I've served on several continents: I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan from 1993 to 1997, Germany from 1997 until present. In 1989 I married a girl form Plaquemine, Louisiana by the name of Chandra Calloway whom I knew for 2 years. From this Marriage came two wonderful children: a son, Christopher Tyrone, and a daughter Chandiell Tre'anda. We've been together for 11 years. In 1998 while serving a tour in Ramstein Air Base, Germany I met my partner Rob and his family from New York . From this chance meeting we decided 6 months later to purchase a recording studio. From this collaboration we've built a small independent record label called BLAQMAN RECORDS. We hope you visit and enjoy what this small label has to offer.
