- guess a good starting point is to state that Blistering Records is the culmination of several life-long love affairs with music... rock music... if you want to be more specific. We are an amalgam of professionals who started out simply as fans.That is one thing that all of us here truly have in common; we really, really love this stuff. However, never the type to be content to stand on the sidelines as mere spectators, each of the members of the Blistering staff at some point in their lives made a conscious decision to run on to the playing field and join the scrum.
