Description
The Atlantic Cancer Research Institute (ACRI) was created in 1998. It is a private, not for profit company with a multidisciplinary research team of over 20 people with expertise in molecular biology, genomics, cell biology, bioinformatics and pathology.
As the only medical research team of its kind in Atlantic Canada, it is striving to enhance research capacity in cancer genomics, biotechnology and applied bio-therapeutics. In fact, ACRI operates one of the most elaborate, modern biomedical research laboratories in Atlantic Canada and is the largest cancer research centre in this region.
The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.
