We are not responsible for losses or damages sustained in transit. Any package that is delivered damaged should be rejected. Shortages or damages sustained in transit must be reported and noted at the time of receipt of merchandise and Body Security must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
For any and all returns a Return Authorization number (RA#) MUST first be obtained before any merchandise can be returned, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Before sending any returns to us contact us for your authorization number!
