- About the Organization
- Bollywood Family Organization started in 1992, as a result of the vision of some committed individuals! They, after much deliberation, decided to tackle the problems of education headlong, child labor, rehabilitation, medical services, proper career guidance to young generation, social problems and many more. They could see only one way of correcting these problems and that was to involve the people of Indian Film Industry (Bollywood) to help the government in its quest of universalizing these issues. UNICEF parented the birth of Bollywood Family Organization and continued fostering it for the next few years. A Public Charitable Trust was accordingly formed by the organization together with the association of several prominent citizens of various countries.
