Having gone through the trials and frustrations that go along with dealing with college bookstores (the long lines, high prices, and low buy back rates), we decided to make a change. We felt that there had to be a way for students to get what they needed without compromising their time or money. The solution was to create a cheap, efficient way for every college student to utilize the Internet to buy or sell textbooks right on campus. No more shipping and handling costs, no more waiting, no more uncertainty. We at BookGhost.com wanted to enhance the learning experience here at Portland State University by connecting students to one another in hopes that the community on campus will begin to grow and be beneficial (both academically and financially) to all involved.
