We believe that all people deserve the basic necessities of life, and that the community in which we live is called to serve this purpose. It is the mission of the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless to provide safe shelter, food, support services, and an avenue to self-sufficiency for homeless adults in our community.
The Shelter will be open October 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006 for its Emergency Sheltering Program. Any adult in need of overnight shelter can come to our facility at 4869 N. Broadway after 5pm daily. Intake begins at 5:15pm, and residents can stay until 8am each morning.
Morning Services—including showers, access to laundry facilities, mail, and phone messages—are available from 6am until 8am, seven days a week, year-round. No advance registration is required; if you are in need of morning services, simply show up between 6am and 8am.
