Boulder Swim
Description
Boulder Swimming (BLDR) is a year-round USA Swimming team in Boulder, Colorado. The team is the direct continuation of the Boulder Poseidons (CBP & BP) and as such is the longest running competitive youth swim program in the Boulder valley. Over the past 40 years the team has strived to offer opportunities to the community's young athletes in the sport of swimming. This history includes the production of many Colorado State Champions and Record Holders along the way.
At present the team is home to 90 swimmers age 5-20. The team practices at East Boulder Recreation Center Pool (25y) in the Fall, Winter, and Spring and at Scott Carpenter Pool (50m) in the summer. The team is a member of the Suburban Swim League, Northern Colorado Swimming, and Colorado Swimming, Inc.
Boulder Swimming's coaches offer knowledge only gained by many years of expertise in the field. (See Coaches Bios) Jim, Nancy, and Kathy are also very dedicated, loyal, and caring to the swimmers and their families.
