Worldwide Development Coordinator
- Facilitate the DevelopmentPlanningGame to set DevelopmentPriorities
- Get developers what they need to accomplish DevelopmentPriorities
- Communicate with one or two developers from the Lahore office at least four days a week
- Equip AboutUs developers with what they need to contribute effectively no matter where they are in the world.
- I want to clearly communicate how projects map to the toplevel goals of the organization.
- I want to think strategically about the priority order of projects but I also want to spend time connecting dots. How the big picture looks like? I need to do a better job or articulating the big picture. It's not that I am articulating the whole picture but it's more coordinating the articulation of the big picture. Basically facilitating things.
- I want to develop the technology and team so that when users ask for features we can deliver em just like that.
- I want to put in place processes, expectations and discipline that makes the communication between Lahore and Portland awesome.
Open Source Developer
- Help customers articulate UserStories that describe their desired functionality
- Produce reliable estimates for UserStories
- Work with customers to identify AcceptanceTests that verify the health of particular UserStories
- Code AcceptanceTests
- Code UserStories that pass the AcceptanceTests
- I want to pair in a distributed way with people in the Lahore office.
- Everyday I want to improve our code base.

- Develop in a way that invites the participation of others.
WikiWay Promoter
- Live TheWikiWay
- Encourage others to practice TheWikiWay
- Teach TheWikiWay to folks who are interested
- I want to be a community attractor for people who are interested in consensus polling and solseed movement.
- I want to coach facilitators for consensus polling.
