Educated at Eastern Junior and Senior Schools, St. John’s College, Nassau. Called to the Bahamas Bar in 1975. PLP MP for the Cat Island Constituency from 1992-97. Member of the Council of Legal Education; Academic Committee, Norman Manley Law School. Former president, Toastmaster International, Sea Bees Swim Club. Former vice-president, Bar Council, Bahamas Swim Federation. He is the representative for the Cat Island Constituency. Married to the former Ann-Marie Austin. Six children. Denomination: Anglican.
