Description
Parents have a constitutional right and a God-given responsibility to provide proper Biblical training/education for each of their children. For parents who have been called to home education, this responsibility is made easier with the help of other home schooling parents.
The membership of BRCHE shall be composed of families who have at least one child who is, or will be, home schooled. All members must comply with North Carolina Department of Education requirements for registering their students. Members are required to pay annual dues and to submit a signed membership application.
Participation in events and meetings is limited to all members of BRCHE. Dues for new members are prorated in January to ½ the annual fee and apply through the next July. Each member family is asked to contribute at least one service to the group each year or help someone else.
