- Our History
- Breezy Hill Baptist Church was established in 1955 and has remained in the same location until present. The original 5.4 acres of land was purchased for $300 and the acquiring of a $4,000 loan enabled construction of the first building to be completed in the spring of 1956. Services were held in the "roughed-in" building with no windows-just white bed sheets hung over openings, and no flooring - just sawdust. Despite all the inconveniences, there was a great spirit of revival!
