- Brian Wood is in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Brooklyn Museum, the Metropolitan Museum, the Corcoran Gallery of Art, the National Gallery of Canada, the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Ludwig Museum, the Canadian Museum of Contemporary Art, and many others. Working in multiple media, Wood exhibits drawings, paintings, prints, photographs and films internationally. Awards for Brian Wood's art include a John Simon Guggenheim Foundation Fellowship, National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship, New York Foundation for the Arts Grant, Canada Council Grants and a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship. He teaches at Hunter College in New York City.
