Bridge Nigeria, Inc., formerly known as LYNX (Linking Youth of Nigeria through Exchange), was set up by a group of Nigerian students in the Boston area who shared a common desire to create positive change in Nigeria. Inspired by the success of an ad-hoc book-drive for the University of Nigeria in May 2000, the founding members met at Harvard University’s Adam’s Hall and considered ways in which they could expand their impact in Nigeria.
