Tony Glanville has 34 years of experience in designing and building homes and 15 years of experience remodeling and designing kitchens and baths. He is licensed in Virginia, California, and Nevada. He has designed and built over 30 homes, mostly in the Carmel by the Sea and Lake Tahoe, California areas. Tony is an extremely hands-on builder and keeps the number of concurrent projects low so that he can add his personal touches to his homes as he builds them. Tony is quickly gaining a reputation in Central Virginia for exceptional workmanship, superior design detail and outstanding value.
Gus Girardi has been in the construction business for 10 years. He spent 5 years in Kansas City, Missouri as a lead foreman, doing everything from framing through finishing. Since 2000, Gus has been restoring homes
in Richmond, Virginia. Gus has restored 7 historic homes, working with the Richmond Historical Society to ensure that the renovations were conducted according to historical standards. Gus’s biggest project to date has been the complete reconstruction of an 80 year old 4,000 sq. ft. mixed-used building on West Main Street in downtown Richmond. Gus’s work has been publicly recognized by Keith Saunders, a Supervisor on the city of Richmond Board of Supervisors. Gus joined the Bridlewood team in 2005.
