Brighthouse Conservatories is a family-run business, owned and managed by ‘husband & wife’ team Martin Pearce and Michelle Holmes. With almost 40 years' experience of the conservatory construction industry between them, Martin and Michelle have always been convinced that the key to success is customer satisfaction , and from the very beginning they made a clear promise, “to put the customer first by providing complete professionalism and excellence of service, product and installation, together with real value for money”.
The steady growth of the Company and the enviable reputation it has already achieved are testimony to the continuing success of their straightforward approach.
Thankfully, we’re not about high pressure selling, and you’ll be relieved to know that we have no commissioned salespeople. We have a reputation for friendliness, plain dealing, and meticulous attention to detail. We won’t present our proposals to you until Martin has visited your home personally to discuss your requirements.
