It all began with a strong interest in fish keeping and a small tropical fish importation and breeding operation which David and Fay ran from their home in New Plymouth. Since then the business has shown continuous steady growth, with the new generation of family members now joining this progressive family enterprise. The company is now located in a rural setting in New Plymouth, in the province of Taranaki, New Zealand.
Brooklands is the most well established wholesale supplier of live tropical and coldwater fish in New Zealand and this is an important aspect of their business. However Brooklands have a lot more than tropical fish to offer their customers today.
