Description
The Brunswick Railroad Museum is fun for all ages. Brunswick was once home of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad's largest train yards around 1900, the yards being 6 miles long! The BRRM is here to tell the story, with a 1600 sq. ft. HO scale model railroad depicting the B&O's Metropolitan Subdivision from Washington DC to Brunswick around 1960. The museum also houses a large number of interpretive exhibits showing how life in a railroad town had a large impact on the citizens of Brunswick, which is located in southern Frederick Maryland.
