Ron's background is 25+ years, primarily in the oil & gas industry, working as a Consultant, Financial Controller, Business Manager, Vice President and Director for various French, Norwegian, US multi-nationals and local companies.
During this time he developed a network of contacts in UK, Europe, US, Australia and the wider international business community from which small business and SME's in all industries can benefit.
Where applicable, BSAL will apply large company concepts, principles and techniques to small businesses. This will provide SME's with a quantum leap in expertise not normally available. This will not nullify some of the many benefits of being "small" - flexibility and speed of reaction to the market etc - but will enhance the knowledge base of your company, minimising the "blind alleys" visited during the growing phase.
