New visitors to the site might assume that the business was just another manufacturer with a fairly extensive product line. Far from it, since actually it is an inherited family business and many of the hand tools used to create personal orders were in use in the 1800s.
The Sterling Silver buckles, all handmade, are kept in small quantities in the workshop in Birmingham’s famous Jewellery Quarter, close to the Assay Office where they have to be sent for independent testing and hallmarking, by law, before they can be sold.
The harness style buckles are British classics which have stood the test of time and remain popular for belts whilst fashion trends have been in constant change.
