At our modern 60,000 square foot USDA facility in suburban Minneapolis, we make over 80,000 meals each day, and we have the capacity to grow significantly. Our first product, in 1974, was a hand-cooked omelet that a major airline served its first class customer. While we continue to make delicious breakfast entrees today, Buddy's has diversified into producing custom entrees and custom sandwiches for a variety of customers. We have grown a meaningful co-packing operation.
