So, I hear you cry, just who the dry-hopped stout are you all? Well, since you asked so nicely, in no particular order:
Catherine once was involved in making production line robots. She has also stacked shelves at Tesco. This may go some way to explaining why she wanted to be involved in a brewery. Or it might just be the beer. We've never actually asked. Catherine does most of the selling, a lot of the tasting, and a bit of the real work as well....
When not working hard, she can be found at home with her cat, Sid, on a narrowboat, shared with our brewer.
