Additional Information
In 1995, a small tap group, working out of the Burlington Seniors' Centre, came together. Artistic Director, Rosemarie Maurice, founded the Burlington Footnotes, and since then the senior dance troupe has blossomed from the original six seniors to over 60 senior dancers, and over 40 behind-the-scenes senior volunteers. The Troupe is a non-profit organization. The Troupe performs often at senior residences. Its main performance is held annually in June, Gotta Sing, Gotta Dance, at the Oakville Centre For The Performing Arts.
