Buttermilk Confections Ltd is a small private company owned by Jim and Christine Goad who are one of the last traditional confectionery makers left.
The company is based in Padstow, North Cornwall and has two shops, one in Padstow and one in Port Isaac. The fudge and chocolates are also sold throughout Cornwall by other retailers and from Buttermilkfudge.co.uk, the website run and operated by Alex and Jayne Shapland at Trevisker Farm St.Eval.
