Buzzy Vibrating Fishing Rod - Home Page

Description

The AAA battery can be replaced by removing the handle cap at the base of the rod. You will notice a PC board extending from the inside. Using a pair of needle nose pliers or using your finger tips pull the PC board out of the rod just far enough to take the battery out and insert another. Push the board back into the rod until firmly in place. It must fit tightly to properly conduct the vibration.

After the bait has been cast to a desired location, let it settle to the bottom. Next, take up slack and try a couple of quick bursts of vibration. If no response comes, then start a normal slow retrieval with an occasional short burst of vibration. (This has proven to work best so far) If you like fishing in grass you can simply leave the bait in one place using a jigging motion while buzzing the bait to attract the fish. If a fish hits the bait but you fail to get the hook set, leave the bait in the same spot and again give it a couple of bursts. It is very likely that the fish will come back and bite again. You can experiment and try different techniques with different baits.

These techniques will also work with suspending baits as well as drop-shot fishing, crappie fishing, striper fishing, ice fishing, saltwater fishing and all other baits including live baits.
