CENTURY 21 Ridgewood was founded in 1987. Broker Ginny Puchner previously had been a real estate trainer for the Illinois Corporate Office of CENTURY 21®. She traveled the state to train new agents in the art and skills of salesmanship. Tony Nasca, broker and partner, merged his real estate office, Leyden Realty, into CENTURY Ridgewood in 1991.
Since then, the company has been growing steadily. CENTURY 21 Ridgewood has received the Quality Service Award every year since 1995. After each transaction closes, the corporate office sends the customer a survey form. It is our customers who award us for quality service.
At CENTURY 21 Ridgewood we believe that being responsive to our customers needs is not only the best way to do business, but the only way.
