Many people have found that weight is a huge issue in their lives, and most diets simply do not work for them. With the countless number of diet books, weight loss programs and supplements on the market, it would seem as if a solution is out there somewhere. However, some people have learned the problem is deeper than inability to metabolize food quickly – for some, the problem may be an inability to stop eating. Compulsive Eaters Anonymous – Honesty, Open-mindedness and Willingness (CEA-HOW) is an organization devoted to supporting individuals who wish to overcome food addictions and compulsive eating. We will take a closer look at the program below.

REVIEW OF CEA-HOW edit
The primary advertised purpose of the program is to abstain from compulsive eating and to help those who still suffer from this problem by letting them know they have support, if they so desire. Membership for the program is free, unlike some organizations that require dues or fees for membership, and the organization does not accept outside donations
