It's been 27 years since Dick Zebo of Naples, Florida first landed on the shores of the Turks & Caicos Islands.His lifelong dream was to own a piece of the rock as they say, a piece of land in a distant and yet not too far away Caribbean Island. He ventured off to Grand Turk on the invitation of a local developer who wanted to learn how to dive and needed Zebo's instructional skills to take him to heretofore never explored depths of this magnificent turquoise ocean.
