Calculate the "shop rate" for AboutUs.

Why? edit

Business Reason: We should know how much an hour of operating the site costs. That way we will be able to more accurately determine the "worthiness" of tasks & projects. We will be able to know how much an hour-long meeting with 5 people "costs" in terms of $. We can try to determine its value in other respects in other ways.

We have a $ amount for Portland & Lahore (Chicago?)
