Caliber Design’s Matador eCRM or Customer Relationship Management software was originally developed for a nutritional supplement company. Customers were visiting the company’s web site, and although it was very detailed, they still had questions and concerns. The nutritional supplement company was having great success running their ecommerce site but had no way to process a telephone order.
