About

James Black is a former military senior interviewer and polygraph examiner. With over 28 years of law enforcement and polygraph experience you can be assured the quality of service you will receive will be second to none. He was one of the youngest polygraph examiners trained at the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute and was invited to attend the FBI Advanced Studies Program at Quantico, VA. After 17 years in the military, he joined the U.S. Department of Justice as a Special Agent and Forensic Psycho-Physiologist. He later joined the Department of Homeland Security supervising investigations throughout Southern California.
