It was founded in 1989, with its corporate headquarters in Delray Beach Florida. ICN assists large and small customers alike with their unique telephone programming needs. Over the past decade, ICN has become one of the largest interactive telephone / fax service bureaus in the United States.

ICN utilizes only the latest technology available, including ISDN signaling, database-dependent response, intelligent routing, load balancing, logic driven redirect capabilities and flexible billing formats.
