- Dr. Callahan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah and University of Alabama-Huntsville before attending dental school at University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry, during which time he completed 2 dental mission trips to Honduras. Dr. Callahan graduated with High Distinction as #2 in the class and in 1999 was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. After graduating from dental school Dr. Callahan spent 3 years as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force while completing Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency. He received the Major General Arthur J. Sachsel Award for Excellence in Dentistry as the top resident and spent 1 ½ years as an associate in Huntsville before opening own office.
