- Hi there my name is Tom Goldberg, owner of camaro drive. We are located 25 miles north of Spokane,wa. I have been working with camaros since i was 17 years old, when i purchased my first 69 camaro and the old 307 motor blew up 2 weeks later, so at 17 with not much money i pretty much had to rebuild this car by myself,so that is where it all began, and i have been a camaro freak ever since. Oh by the way im 42 now. So weve been playing with camaros for some time now. Recently within the last couple of years i decided to some what semi retire myself from my transmission business, and started building camaros as a side hobby, which has turned into somewhat of a business, I began advertising on different websites that we would build a camaro your way, you pick the colors, engine ,transmission etc, and i was quite over whelmed at the response i got which is there is alot of people wanting these cars built there way, so that is what we are doing ,and it is working quite well.
