Description
Camp Ho Mita Koda is located on 75 beautiful wooded acres in Newbury, Ohio. It is 25 miles east of Cleveland in Geauga County.
Camp HMK's facility includes a large Great Hall with a state of the art dispensary and dining hall, 8 camper cabins that accommodate up to 10 children and staff each, a heated Olympic size swimming pool, a lake for boating and fishing, a modern bathhouse, an arts and crafts building, a covered outdoor pavilion with basketball and volleyball capability, and a tennis court. There are also playing fielelds, opportunities for archery and horseback riding, many hiking trails through 75 wooded acres, a 36-foot climbing wall, and new low and high ropes courses.
Camp Ho Mita Koda is proud to be accredited by the American Camping Association, complying with 300 standards for health, safety, and program quality.
