Canada Trails is an independently owned and operated website whose objective is to provide a directory of information about self-propelled trail activities in Canada. Canada Trails is intended to be an open, interactive framework for the promotion of the "silent sports" of bicycling, mountain biking, hiking and cross-country skiing as well as long-distance multi-use trails such as the Trans Canada Trail.
We do not have the resources to provide a complete description of each destination -- only a brief synopsis. Many listings on this site have links to an outside site where there is more detailed information. Canada Trails is interactive in that users can submit ratings and comment on the trails that they have visited.
