Our training is based on the needs of the people in front of us. We are experts in transforming what we learn about their working lives into training activities, and in creating scenarios based on real business issues and problems.

What people really need becomes apparent once they become actively and deeply involved in the course. We do not believe in finite syllabi or rigid programmes, still less in trying to apply prescribed language or communication techniques. Each course is an organic entity, growing and changing as new needs emerge. We are not afraid to take risks to achieve real progress.

We involve course participants as protagonists. We want them to be fully involved and challenged and expect a high degree of attention and effort. A Canning course is not only an absorbing and memorable experience, it is also fast moving and fun.
