- Canterbury Stables LLC purchased the dairy farm from the Burke family in 2000. The modern radiant heated barn was designed and constructed for an August 2002 opening with 40 stalls and a 100x200 indoor arena. The Asher family was graciously welcomed and supported by the Cazenovia and Greater Syracuse community. In September 2006, we officially opened our sale program in response to local demand.
