- Active freelance hornist, Felix Cantesanu came the the U.S. from Romania in 2001 at the age of 23. Summer music studies brought him to discover and develop a deep admiration for the 'American' school of brass and horn playing. He remained in the U.S. to pursue his Masters Degree in Horn Performance and began to study with prominent horn players and educators. It was at the University of Alabama where he met his wife, Gabrielle, a Board Certified Music Therapist and also a horn player.
